The visit to the castle, we received our tickets outside the ticket office so no lines, great service. The visit to every attraction in the whole complex was really nice!

Very professional and helpful staff (had to postpone the visit for one day, and it was done very smoothly). Also, very well prepared in terms of facts knowledge and presentation.
The ease of purchasing the ticket; a feeling of deception as the audio guide could be shared and I paid for 3 audio guides. The time of the ticket turned out to be irrelevant as it was overcrowded and difficult to access.

I liked the visit to the castle very much, the information staff and the 15 minutes of information very well the guy who spoke Spanish was very friendly and explained well. The only thing .al is the audio guide that does not match the numbers that are in the different buildings.

The tour of the château was very interesting. Someone was waiting for us on arrival to give us details of the tour.

Super easy to walk through buildings and enjoyed the solo aspect of it. Was confused where to meet at first, but figured it out based on the apps instructions.
Overall we liked the Welcome Introduction by your friendly Canadian guide. The telephone audio was okay. It was also nice to have the maps and understanding of the order to visit all 4 sites. My only complaint is the lack of clarity and direction on how to find the meeting point. There needs to be clearer directions from whichever transport drop off point there is. We had no idea where to go after the Uber dropped us off at the "Obelisk" location on the Uber app. Signage was nonexistent, and it was a meandering route through the grounds to find the Obelisk. Several other arrivees said the same thing.
If you just want to see everything outside the Prague Castle then there is already a lot to see outside. But It's worth seeing some buildings like the church from the inside. There are 4 locations inside the castle you can visit. If you buy a ticket online you will get the final ticket at a guide with the umbrella and they will tell some 20 minute introduction about the places. After that you are on your own and can use your phone if you want extra information. The online ticket system works nice but be aware there is a timeslot on it so check the time you will be there before going. Also you can book it online while there.. but my timeslot was an hour away but I had enough to see outside during that time. A nice touch is that if you are unable to see all 4 building that the entry is available for 48 hours.
The meeting point was extremely difficult to locate. A key point would have been to advise that all Headout people had blue and white umbrellas which would have helped. We asked at the info point and that was the first thing they said. Was not aware that the audio guide was using your phone to deliver the guide, consequently we did not use it as we had no headphones with us and not sufficient battery which we wanted to preserve for photos. We saw others at the castle using hand held guide devices and wished we had purchased tickets from an alternate provider.
They were very kind from the beginning, always with stuciasmo and willingness to help us in all our doubts, with useful and educational information about the tour. Thank you very much for everything!

The Castle is stunning, finding our meet point was impossible. It was very poorly signposted and would have been much simpler if we had been instructed to locate the guides with blue and white umbrellas. The audio guide was clunky and did not always work in order. Overall, our experience was good but it could have been better.
It was a wonderful experience, the guide spoke perfect Italian and was polite about everything, even called us to find out where we were because we were 10 minutes late. I recommend doing it

It did not seem really worth paying for the guide especially in the cathedral as was designed for a visit going around a different direction.
Overall a great expereience, we were a little confised where to meet to get our tickets but we figured it out. The introduction byt the guide was very informative and we found that of great use.
It was very easy to book tickets on line for Prague Castle and cathedral but when we didn't arrive on time, due to us not being sure of meeting place, we received a polite and friendly phone call from the company, who were able to explain where to go and to send directions via text which was very useful. Queue to the cathedral was extremely long so we decided to visit the other areas of interest first and by the time we returned to the Cathedral, it was much less busy. We also got to watch the changing of the guards at 12 midday. A very pleasant afternoon, good value for money.
Tickets were easy to book and the audio guide was useful. However some of the numbers signposted around the attraction didn't have a corresponding number on the audio guide. Sometimes it wasn't clear what direction you were meant to go in but we figured it out.
Well organized, helpful and patient guides. Their comments are invaluable for appreciating the entire castle grounds. French would be great.

Really interesting place. The guide, Steve, was really funny and knowledgable, and I wish i had chosen the guided tour instead of the audio tour. The initial audio tour was a bit confusing as you had to start at the last point and work backward, but that was due to work being done on the cathedral. The audio guide was quite good, but teh AI voice gave a strange intonation at times. OK though. The tour took us about 3 hours, maybe more, and it was very cold, so be prepared. Worth the visit and good value
Bogdan told us the history of the castle and what happened there in a very pleasant and understandable way. His Spanish is very good. He answered our questions very well. The experience was rated with a 10. Bogdan also a 10, and because there are no more points!

It's good because it includes tickets to all the castle's enclosures but when we hired an audio guide, I thought they would take us and explain in detail. The audio guide is very robotic and it is very monotonous and boring to listen to.

My guide spoke until 11:00 a.m. I had to visit the museum in less than an hour because the deadline was too tight to take my cruise, which I missed in the end. They accepted me anyway, an hour late in the end!

We had a very experienced guide who was humerous and well as knowledgable. We would have liked to have spent more time in the castle and cathedral. We had previously done an outer castle tour so there was a lot overlap particularly regarding the Charles Bridge and the outside of the castle which left us having a rushed visit inside before it closed. When booking it wasn't obvious that the two tours were conducted by the same company.
Our Guide Clara deserves all our gratitude and especially her sense of humor. Thank you, congratulations, and especially after the mishap with the appointment, thank you for postponing it until today. Sincerely Michel Morel

Our guide (Peter) was really knowledge and entertaining. The only problem was that the tour was rushed sure to the early winter closing of the castle. You should consider starting the tour 30 minutes earlier
Our guide Eva was great, professional and knowledgeable. She accompanied us with grace and kindness throughout the tour and beyond, always ready to answer our questions with a smile. Ten plus experience

Absolutely loved the tour! Misha and Steve were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great experience. Would highly recommend. Both were highly knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. They really made the day! It was a phenomenal experience made even better by outstanding people. Couldn't fault the tour or the guides. Only downside was we missed the start of a tour by a few minutes as we got lost and there was no way to contact the tour guide directly. We got onto support and asked about this. This wasn't possible. We wanted to join the tour at a later stage. We were told we couldn't do this. We asked support to contact the tour guide to let them know and this also was not possible. As a last resort we asked for a refund as it seemed it wasn't possible to go on the tour. This also wasn't allowed. So in short, the support was non existent. In the end, we were contacted by phone and informed that it would be no issue to join the tour later on. We of course were delighted as we were so excited to go on the tour of Prague castle and its surroundings. However, myself and my partner were so confused as to why this wasn't resolved sooner and without any of the hassle. Apart from this initial confusion we had a brilliant day and loved every second of the tour.
The tour was great. David's knowledge was excellent and very well delivered. The meet point was exactly as described and everything was on time. There is a lot of walking but it is well worth it. Please also be aware, the tour ends at the caste and we had to make our own way back into the city.
A very clear tour guide, he took us not only to see the castle but also to the lesser-visited surrounding areas explaining history and current events and activities we could do and visit in that lesser-known area!

The German-speaking guide was great. Lots of information and questions were answered professionally. A really entertaining tour of Prague Castle. As the meeting point was at Karlstor, we were also given information about the bridge on the way to the castle. It was also good that the group was small so that everyone was able to follow the explanations. Once again, many thanks to our guide.

Well-organized field trip, visiting some of the interior of the Castle and the most beautiful parts of the outer area; of particular interest: St. Vitus Cathedral and a visit to the Golden Alley. Knowledgeable and welcoming guide.

I was traveling solo and I'm glad I decided to do this tour. Our guide Rostislav was incredible! Super knowledgeable and accommodating. I got to see and learn a lot in 2.5 hours. I can't imagine doing this on your own since the place is huge and you can easily get lost
Bianca, liur guide, is extremely professioanl and knowlegeable, but the major value is that she make the presentation in a simple and involving way. Making all feeling part of the group. we really enjoied the visit.
Our guide was really friendly and energized about the castle and the cathedral. She gave us a good impression about the area and it was a private tour with many insights. Really recommend tour!
The guide was very friendly and interesting. We didn't notice the time passing. The explanations were clear. We loved the guide. Many thanks to him.

The organization was perfect, the pick-up point easy to reach and the guides on time. Our guide was fascinating, pleasant and an inexhaustible source of information about the castle and the city. The tour went by too quickly, and we could have done with another 2 hours.

We loved everything. The professionalism, good timing, interesting stories, friendly atmosphere. We were so lucky to have a small group, actually only 4 of us was the group. 😊 The content of the walk was well organised and our guide was super kind and intelligent. We are very grateful to spend the night time together and choose your group.
David was very helpful and his knowledge and his German were very impressive! Even that we could not visit the palace was not a problem, because the alternative program was so interesting that we would not even have noticed that something was missing! Thank you and 100% recommendation and thanks again to DAVID!

I appreciated being guided to the venue. I wish the guided tour had started at the Prague Castle instead of Charles Bridge. Half the tour was over before we arrived at the castle and cathedral. Also, too much time with stories and not enough info about what we were seeing.
A magnificent visit, we were amazed and our guide Hanna had us enchanted with the stories of the city. I recommend it 100%.

Tour Guide was very knowledgeable and went into great detail about the parts of the castle we visited. Really enjoyable experience
No confusion, everything was as described. Hannah was a wonderful guide. Her personal touches enhanced the connection with the history. Great pace allowed for photos and soaking in the meaning of each space and stop along the tour. The tour kept moving so I never felt as though I was held back or that it catered to a crawling pace.
Our tour was the English guided tour of Prague Castle with boat ride to Charles Bridge. I highly recommend it. Our guide Jaroslav, you could tell he loves what he does, as his explanation was very good and although the guide was in English, he also gave us guidance in Spanish, our native language. The walk across the Charles Bridge is also worth it, to see the bridge from another angle, I recommend it at sunset. My cousin Yareli and I Ana Carolina, both from Sonora, Mexico thank you for the best experience to get to know a little bit of the beautiful city of Prague.

The way your team was looked after at the château was excellent. Total disappointment with the château visit. Saw 4 rooms of no interest, really nothing to see..... It's a rip-off. The cathedral magnificent outside, rather average inside. The chapel...... average average..... Voilà....

The castle itself was very cool and interesting and we enjoyed seeing all the sights. The audio guide was not what I expected. It wasn't delivered by a human voice (sounded like AI) and it didn't cover all the marked locations throughout the tour. Information was delivered a little oddly by the AI. I never received the email with the audio guide download information and needed to get help from the guide who gave our "orientation". The guide himself was excellent and very helpful. Very knowledgeable and funny. Guess we should have paid for the guided tour. 😏
Wonderful support when I had questions about the QR code - very quick response to my emails. Great onsite staff and introduction to the history of the castle area.
The agents were at the place on time very helpful explained everything . Problem was the audio guide as some places missing. I wish it was fully covered. Over all pretty smooth
The ticket with audio guide was essential to understand the history of the castle, the cathedral and the alley. We appreciated the latter in particular for its reconstructions. The guide was very good and knowledgeable.

Overall experience was great, loved being in the moment and enjoying the St Vitus Cathedral at the castle. The cathedral was one of the most beautiful churchs I've ever been in. Amazing, people can build something this big and amazing, took over 570 years. A little confusing about the castle since the cathedral over shadows the actual castle and it's only when you walk across the mote bridge, you get some more priceless views. Nice part, they allow you two days to enjoy, and we went back the second day and finished the self tour.
The meetup was fine but we were not told to bring our own headphones for the audioguide. One of us had, so we shared, but it was challenging with all of the crowds and noise! Plus the audioguide itself is just an AI generated voice so it was off putting and not engaging.

We loved Prague and all its grandeur! We were lucky enough to feel the first snowflakes, as was our lucky guide. Adam, despite his young age, is extremely professional and humble. Even in the face of the imbecility of a tourist from the USA, who was absolutely rude and rude for no apparent reason, he kept his smile and apologized for a reason that wasn't his... his amazement and incredulity will always remain in my memory as someone with a bright future. Because if he was able to get through this episode with a smile, he will be capable of great things. Congratulations Adam! It was a pleasure to meet you and get to know your country through your eyes.
